|Recommended: YesGreat communication — Just want to say I’m so thankful for the communication at this apartment. I put in a maintenance request the other day and within the hour got a response and they were so helpful. Also called the front desk because of a huge amount of broken glass on the sidewalk and Jericha came out right away with a broom and helped get it all up because the maintenance team had taken off already

|Recommended: YesInitial Move In Review — Tiffany was great and provided a lot of information and made me feel welcomed. The residents I encountered were also nice. The apartment was clean with some minor wear and tear, which is to be expected. The only downside was moving in on the day the elevator was broken. It was brutal going up and down the stairs, but I got it accomplished. I am looking forward to being a tenant here.
|Recommended: YesMy Perspective — I have been looking for three months in respects to finding the perfect place to call Home . It has been very hard as I have a dog breed that quite often is restricted at communities which is very stressful at times. When I would find a decent facility, it was almost 2000 a month with all the additional costs. When I stumbled across District at 6th and saw the amazing units that offered so much natural light, I literally started crying. It was everything I had on my wish list - affordable rent, underground parking, and a great option of floor plans. I was blown away when I found out both myself and my fur kid would be welcomed and I had such a great tour I knew this was the place I would feel like I belonged. I peppered Miriam with questions I still do and she has been nothing short of the most kind and patient with my inquiries. I am very excited to experience sitting by the fire pits when our days finally turn cooler
